Purpose and access

Lunamar Legacy provides a space for managing dogs, litters, pedigrees, documents and collaboration between breeders, dog guardians and other authorised people. These terms apply to the platform. A breeder's own reservations and services, including those of Villaverde de la Marina, retain their specific terms.

Access requires an authorised, active account and is by invitation. At this initial stage it is free: no paid plans are contracted and no online payments are made. Each person must use their own account and protect their credentials. Signing in with Google verifies identity and retains the permissions assigned in Lunamar. Any future commercial offering will be communicated and accepted separately.

Use of records and documents

You must only enter information you are authorised to manage and share. You must respect the documents' source, their recipients and the permissions of the people concerned. Authorisation concerning one dog or document does not automatically extend to the whole kennel.

Publication and collaboration decisions must be recorded using the corresponding functions. If an authorisation is withdrawn, it must no longer be used to access or share information. Copies obtained through other channels and retention obligations must be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Scope of the tools

Pedigrees, inbreeding calculations and genetic results depend on the sources and information available. You must check original documents and the scope of each result before making breeding decisions. The tools do not, by themselves, certify a registration, parentage or a dog's fitness for breeding.

Incidents and termination of access

Report unauthorised access, errors and incidents to info@lunamarlegacy.com. The circumstances will be reviewed and proportionate measures taken, preserving information that must be retained. To request account closure or export your data, use the same contact. Once closure is confirmed, access is blocked and a 30-day period is available to organise export and review what should happen to the data, respecting applicable obligations and other people's rights.

Termination of access must not be confused with the disappearance of all shared documents. The processing of personal data is explained in the privacy policy and must respect the applicable rights.

Incidents must be reviewed in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded by agreement. If commercial services are introduced, their prices and terms will be provided before contracting. Date of these terms: 15 October 2026.
